Journal Sovereignty Law and Diplomatic Politics (JSLDP) is an international peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research on constitutional law, legal politics, and sovereignty in the context of diplomatic governance and foreign affairs. Published by CV. Era Digital Nusantara, the journal provides an academic platform for scholars, researchers, policymakers, legal practitioners, and diplomats to discuss contemporary issues at the intersection of constitutional governance, legal development, public policy, and international engagement.

JSLDP aims to promote high-quality scholarly contributions that enhance understanding of how constitutional institutions, legal policies, and diplomatic practices shape democratic governance and state sovereignty in both national and international contexts. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary perspectives that integrate constitutional law, political science, public governance, and diplomatic studies while maintaining constitutional law as its primary disciplinary foundation.

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, and comparative studies employing doctrinal, empirical, socio-legal, and comparative approaches. Particular emphasis is placed on research that contributes to the development of constitutionalism, democratic governance, legal reform, public institutions, sovereignty, and diplomatic governance.

The scope of the journal focuses on three principal areas:

1. Constitutional Law and Democratic Governance, including constitutionalism, constitutional democracy, constitutional institutions, judicial review, electoral law, constitutional rights, legislative and executive governance, decentralization, constitutional accountability, and constitutional reform.
2. Legal Politics, including legal policy, legislative process, constitutional development, regulatory governance, institutional reform, democratic transition, political parties, electoral system reform, and public governance.
3. Sovereignty, Diplomacy, and Foreign Affairs, including state sovereignty, diplomatic law, foreign policy, parliamentary diplomacy, public diplomacy, digital diplomacy, treaty implementation, regional cooperation, ASEAN governance, and the constitutional dimensions of international relations.

JSLDP is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic publishing through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, editorial independence, research integrity, and adherence to internationally recognized publication ethics. The journal encourages contributions from scholars across jurisdictions and promotes comparative and interdisciplinary research that addresses contemporary constitutional and governance challenges at the national, regional, and global levels.

The journal is published three times a year in January, May, and September. All accepted articles are published in open-access format to ensure the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge and to foster international academic exchange in the fields of constitutional law, legal politics, and diplomatic governance.
